I had a wonderful experience at boots opticians at the Gyle , Edinburgh. Perri and her team were extremely friendly and helpful. Managed to get a new pair of glasses within 15 minutes! Would highly recommend this branch!

We visited the store to ask if a repair could be done to my husbands specs as we were going on holiday. We were served by Laura (3472) who went out of her way to help us. She managed to do a temporary repair on the specs which is great. Thanks to her and you for providing a great service. We will be back!

I have been going to Boots at The Gyle for many years and have always had friendly and professional treatment. I specifically request my examination to been with a female Optometrist for reasons I have made them aware of and have been treated with the utmost respect. Every part of the eye test clarified so that I was aware of what was required.
