I was greeted by Derek who asked me to take a seat while we wait for the machines to be ready as they were in use by other customers. Derek was helpful as I have mobility issues and helped me to get comfortable with the machines only issue we had was that the machine that checks your vision where 1 eye is covered and your given a button to press every time you see a light unfortunately this machine kept freezing or needed to be restarted which was not Derek's fault as he did explain and apologise that they were waiting for a new one to be delivered. The staff at Boots Opticians Dunfermline were extremely friendly and helpful and would recommend to family and friends to use Boots. The optometrist was polite, helpful and courteous and treated me with respect and so did all the staff.
SO A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL BOOTS STAFF AT DUNFERMLINE FOR A GREAT VISIT

Very pleased with my through eye exam. All staff polite @ all times.
Found it very difficult to get the staff to understand that I required a review of my right eye for contact lens after having a cataract removed from my left eye. Both on the telephone and at my appointment. The opticians himself fully understood but the staff didn't seem to grasp the situation and wanted me to have a full eye test despite me explaining that a full eye test couldn't be done because I only had the cataract surgery done 10 days ago.
