Optometrist explained clearly what he was doing, why my eyes are like they are and my prescription etc. He was gently funny and self-deprecating. He made the experience enjoyable. He also was clearly competent.

I was so dissapointed about "boots policy" which is staff asked for my own frames "reciepts" ... and i wasnt excepted it thats why i didnt bring them ...and i got told "they Want to be sure the frames are not stolen!!" ... I was shocked... i felt really uncomfortable first time in my entire 10 years life in Uk...staff was helpfull... optometrist was so kind but i dont think i would like to come again... Thank you
