I was so dissapointed about "boots policy" which is staff asked for my own frames "reciepts" ... and i wasnt excepted it thats why i didnt bring them ...and i got told "they Want to be sure the frames are not stolen!!" ...
I was shocked... i felt really uncomfortable first time in my entire 10 years life in Uk...staff was helpfull... optometrist was so kind but i dont think i would like to come again...
