Julie set one at ease as she entered my home with her natural happy, smiling demeanour. She soon showed the depth of her knowledge and guided me through the Stoma process. Julie listened to a very involved back story with caring interest, comment and advice. By the time Julie left at the end of her visit, I felt relaxed and confident with the new situation I now find myself.

Julie has been very supportive and approachable from the start of our relationship. She has provided me with any information I have needed and gone above and beyond her duty of care to help and support me. Julie has always responded promptly when I have needed anything, she is compassionate, warm and caring I have felt extremely comfortable when in her company.

Julie is incredibly helpful and very caring. She is so knowledgeable and has helped me so much.

Julie explained everything to me clearly, was very kind & really good at knowing the right bags that I needed, I felt so much better & less worried after her visit.

Julie made me feel at ease from her very first phone call and her visits since have been most helpful and reassuring. She patiently talks me through areas of uncertainty and is most willing to help in any way She can.
