Many thanks for the appointment that I had with Hannah, on the 6th July. She new what my issue was straight away, from the pictures that I had sent in, during my telephone appointment Hannah was very informative and assisted me without delay.

Had a video consultation with this lovely nurse who listened sympathetically to my problem. She told me she would get back to me after speaking to a doctor which she did as promised and sent me some useful information. We are so lucky to have a service like this in these unprecedented times. Stay safe.
