Danielle was extremely kind and supportive during my appointment. Even though it was the end of the day, she looked after me with absolute professionalism and a very high standard of care. I was extremely nervous about my appointment and she could not have done more to put me at ease. I am very grateful for her kindness - it made the whole thing less horrific. I do hope that you are using her to train other nurses as she clearly has it exactly right. Greatest thanks to her.

Danielle was wonderful in patient care and procedure for both smear, swab and immunisation. After having fear and concern about these, I would be happy to see Nurse Moncrieff again.
