Kenneth Day went above and beyond to help me. Our paths have crossed a few times and on each occasion he has been very kind, empathetic, compassionate and extremely helpful. I had infected wisdom teeth which the dentist would not extract because of my recent cancer treatment. I had been in excruciating pain and on numerous courses of antibiotics since April. Mr Day was so caring and took the time to write a letter for my Dentist who subsequently agreed to treat me A VERY BIG THANKYOU!!! From Manishaben Patel

Ken is very experienced nurse, very knowledgeable and very supportive. Prior to my surgery, he provided me all required details and answered all my questions. Ken has been most supportive and helpful to me as a patient, before surgery and once in the hospital. He is very caring, which is very helpful since surgery isn't the happiest event. Even though I always had many questions, he would go over all of them with me and reassure me. He always finds the time for the patient, which I find to be very important since he is a Macmillan nurse. He is someone that makes the healing journey, easier, which is invaluable.
