Ken has been most supportive and helpful to me as a patient, before surgery and once in the hospital. He is very caring, which is very helpful since surgery isn't the happiest event. Even though I always had many questions, he would go over all of them with me and reassure me. He always finds the time for the patient, which I find to be very important since he is a Macmillan nurse. He is someone that makes the healing journey, easier, which is invaluable.
