Quick efficient friendly call.
Superb in A&E yesterday - so busy but staff efficient, calm and friendly. Thanks
They didn’t give me no pain relief when I was in full labour as they didn’t check me and didn’t believe I was in full blown labour so I needed pain relief but didn’t get it . First day I had a pessary they didn’t check on me once until the six hours have been ! And when my baby was born didn’t even wipe her off or weigh her Or nothing I had to ask ! Didn’t help me feed her she didn’t have a feed till 4 hrs old
On both of my 2 appointments I was seen within 5 mins of the scheduled time and my consultation was thorough and I was made to feel that my treatment was important to them.
Initial appointment arranged promptly , within a a week of the fracture.Everybody we encountered from reception , the consultant , the plaster room team ,very very approachable and professional .The follow up especially the plaster room could not have been more comprehensive.Fabulous service was provided by all.
Hospital and staff were great on the day.
No follow up contact after though. I thought this very poor. Was told to have physio but still not heard anything!! Was not made aware of who to contact.
Surgeon thought all clear, however, not the case. Chemo was organised. Follow up appointments too slow. Scan appointments delayed including results and follow ups from there. Very poor.
Disjointed between local GP/Hospital.
A and E care, Kingston, Ward 8B has still been good.
Thank you.
many thanks
Was advised by Orthopaedics I need to go back to A&E as my appointment wasn’t for another week and I was seen straight away in the MIA. I was in and out of the hospital in less than an hour with my problem sorted out.
its a great service..
Great staff, friendly and well informed about care. Marvellous!
