Friendly nurse, put me at ease as she could see I was a bit nervous
Suggested improvements
The screen that calls up patients for blood tests needs to be much clearer, the text that shows names and room is hard to read against the coloured background. Many patients struggled. The text needs to be much larger and more readable.
For such a long waiting room you may need more than 1 screen.

The staff taking the blood samples are always kind and considerate, even when under great pressure. In the 7 years of attending on a regular basis I can honestly say they are 1st class.

I had a very good experience - the physiotherapist explained my likely options, answered my questions in detail and gave me the x-ray request form with advice that WBH X-ray dept would still be operating at that time still and advised me to go there straight away, so I got the x-ray imaging done on the same day. Very efficient.
