Despite using the departments telephone booking system, the only choice when calling, I turned up at the appointed time to be told that was not registered with the department. After some time the young lady found my doctors referral, but could not offer me an appointment today (22/6/22) and tt I would have to come back on 29th June. This id a further delay in diagnosing my problem, with the obvious anxiety and worry for myself and family, putting aside the wasted time and money form today. I am not in the habit of just turning claiming an appointment and the receptionist should have recognised that and offered me an blood test, the fact she didn't suggests that I was seen as a nuisance rather than a patient or more accurately a customer.
