The staff taking the blood samples are always kind and considerate, even when under great pressure. In the 7 years of attending on a regular basis I can honestly say they are 1st class.

I don't think there is anything significant that could be done better.

I take warfarin because I have a prosthetic heart valve and need regular INR blood checks. Otherwise I am very well.
