Because physiotherapist was clear in her instructions and guidance, watched whilst I was doing the exercises and corrected if movement was incorrect
Physio was was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment.
Excellent advice and care
The physiotherapist seemed to care unlike the last lady who was just going through the motions
All staff weee very kind and supportive
Because I enjoyed it.
Amazing giving information advice and an understanding with support and a follow up also very kind and listened without judging.
I was treated in a professional manner and listened too very carefully. Then I was explained in detail about the treatment.
I didn’t get any benefit on the day. Giving me exercises is a good idea for long term maintenance however I need help for the pain I’m in currently. A physical manipulation or massage would provide relief and hope that I can feel better in time.
In the past I’ve had actual massage from a physiotherapist which was really helpful at reducing the tension that had built up. This doesn’t seem to be offered anymore and I don’t understand why.
Very clean and friendly hospital. Very efficient
