I didn’t get any benefit on the day. Giving me exercises is a good idea for long term maintenance however I need help for the pain I’m in currently. A physical manipulation or massage would provide relief and hope that I can feel better in time. In the past I’ve had actual massage from a physiotherapist which was really helpful at reducing the tension that had built up. This doesn’t seem to be offered anymore and I don’t understand why.

Hands on therapy to alleviate pain would be helpful.
