The staff are very caring and hard working and to there job very well. Just feel the toilet holder needs to be checked more, so is full at or has toilet paper in at all times. and also the hand paper dispenser too. The food was probably best I've had in hospital, but a bit dry at time, could do with more gravy or souse. The salad was lovely and very crispy the iceberg lettuce.
1) The routine for food and refreshments was kept to and checks on blood pressure etc were made on time.
2) Food was good and hot with a wide menu. Could do with a calorie count against the meals as the menu is fairly stable.
3) Domestic staff should wear 'first name' labels as when you are greeted by them by your first name you cannot reciprocate without having their name.
The nurse's were very lovely and friendly.
I will miss all the staff. They looked after me well.
It was good.
Pity about the pay TV.
As I had a side room it is probably unrepresentative - but generally everything ok.
There was some uncertainty about a procedure going to take place until the last minute - presumably nothing to do with the ward.
Quicken diagnosis!
Could not be improved, first class.
Nurses had amazing patients with very difficult people.
