The care on Flauden ward was exceptional, the nurses so helpfyl, friendly and always ready to help with so many demands and they never complain, the ward was clean + the food was good. The improvement I would suggest is more staff to help the nurses through the day + night.

a very professional team. Kept me informed & made me feel safe. Saw ward sister have vomit thrown all over her - she didn't bat an eyelid, just got on with her job - did not admonish patient + continued in very professional manner - great role model.

The care was fantastic. However, a few time I had asked for more pain relief it took 30-40mins with no communication to receive. I had to remind them. However in all my care was great. I've been looked after by the nurses. And felt like they cared about me and I wasn't just another patient.

The staff very friendly, they were helping a lot to make me feel comfortable and my new baby. But the bathroom could be cleaner and I was shocked there was no toilet tissue or hand paper towels in the morning and in the delivery suite and the postanatal ward´s toilets - the basic needs of every women who just gave birth! I would go to another hospital next time but this one is close to where I live and I received excellent care here with my first baby three years ago.
