The nurse in charge muddled my X-ray up with another patient and so I was given the advice etc that was for her. I left feeling confused and the situation was only clarified the next day by a phone consultation from the fracture clinic.

The staff in Stratford minor injures where very helpful and the volunteers especially took there time to show me to the X-ray department nothing was to much trouble , not sure if I was miss informed by Stratford or Coventry as Stratford told me to go straight to Coventry and I would be seen straight away they where expecting me which was reassuring as a very nervous dental patient but when I got to Coventry it was a different story I had to wait for 6 hours to be seen after 3 hours I decided to pay and go private so I left without being seen

The staff wether they are drs nurses or even cleaners were fabulous they did everything they could for me even though it took a very long time but that’s just the way it is at the moment

Just seen me earlier and hopefully they will get ambulances available for such horrible conditions I was in agony and had to wait four hours plus I then rang again because of how much pain I was having and was told that an ambulance would still take another four to seven hours or could I get someone to take me in thankfully I rang my son and he came and took me in and he stayed with me because I was just left in the waiting area in such a state

Excellent experience bar the 4.5 hour wait

Waiting times are long and at some point I didn’t know if my name was going to be called because there wasn’t anyone around to ask at the minor injuries reception.

Fully appreciate the tireless work of our NHS staff, could not fault the dedication and thoroughness of the team looking after me.

Junior doctor may need a little more experience in taking bloods as my arm looked like a bruised pin cushion...but apart from that he was brilliant.
