The staff wether they are drs nurses or even cleaners were fabulous they did everything they could for me even though it took a very long time but that’s just the way it is at the moment
Suggested improvements
Just seen me earlier and hopefully they will get ambulances available for such horrible conditions I was in agony and had to wait four hours plus I then rang again because of how much pain I was having and was told that an ambulance would still take another four to seven hours or could I get someone to take me in thankfully I rang my son and he came and took me in and he stayed with me because I was just left in the waiting area in such a state
