Doctor was okay
In and out quick
Smooth service with kind staff
A reflection of how I felt, food question is not applicable so went down the middle, should have a not applicable response to that question as will corrupt the outcome of response to it.
Good care, kind nurses and doctors
The atmosphere on the minor injuries unit was awful, I saw 3 members of staff in the 3 hrs I spent at hospital, not one of them seemed interested or showed any passion for their profession.
I could not understand the one doctor who gave me results of my x ray, sent me home and then sent discharge letter to my doctor with completely different information on it to what I was told. I get that moral is low as well as staff issues, but it’s a bit different to working in a shop these are people’s lives, we are supposed to feel reassured and trust in what you say to us, not feel as though we’re just a nuisance disturbing your chat and cup of coffee . Made to feel we should be apologising for attending the department in the first place. I also appreciate you must get a lot of patients attending who perhaps shouldn’t be there but in my case you could clearly see the injury, and the fact it needed looking at.
We were seen v quickly and staff were understanding and compassionate. Dr seeing my 10 month old son was very good at making him feel at ease. Meds were prepared quickly and we were able to go home
I came in with swollen tonsils, back pain and tummy pain. My doctor was very kind and informative , he checked me over thoroughly and listened to what I had to say and made sure that I was treated with the correct antibiotics.
I went to Coventry a&e the night before and it was very busy, the wait was over 12 hours. So I was glad that when I arrived at Warwick I was seen relatively quick.
Staff superb
Friendly and reassuring
I tell you how it was.
