Wrong size were put on my teeth causing more pain when needed to be put back on correctly.
Suggested improvements
Make sure correct size as were put on to help pain also be more gentle with gums - mine are highly sensitive.

Nurses were very friendly, calm and kept me informed. Antony and Yusef were also very friendly and made me feel at ease even though everyone was very busy. They repeated information when we needed reassurance. Thank you!

Bloods went missing going to coventry - never found bloods also went missing in Warwick lab but found several hours later which delayed our discharge - out of your teams control will raise concerns through PALS. Big thank you to everyone!
