Nurses were very friendly, calm and kept me informed. Antony and Yusef were also very friendly and made me feel at ease even though everyone was very busy. They repeated information when we needed reassurance. Thank you!

Bloods went missing going to coventry - never found bloods also went missing in Warwick lab but found several hours later which delayed our discharge - out of your teams control will raise concerns through PALS. Big thank you to everyone!
