The nurse was a bit abrupt with my daughter about her injury and wasn’t very sympathetic.

I have always found Warwick Hospital a very goo hospital. Staff very caring and have nothing but admiration for the staff. Well done one and all

I don’t think that there is anything that I could see all seemed to work very well and the speed of staff getting to sort out what was wrong with me was great.

When ever I went to the hospital with heart problems they sorted out and very good staff

Waiting time in A&E was really long
We went 11.30pm and come back home 7am
There was shortage of doctors

All staff were polite and helpful. I didn't feel uncomfortable physically or emotionally.

More information about wait times would be appreciated. Perhaps a numbering system so you can at least feel like you are moving forward in a queue, not knowing when becomes so frustrating, especially with young children. Even if it only allowed you to know you can use the loo and won't miss your name being called would be a bonus.

I was cared for wonderfully and as I was having an asthma attack was dealt with immediately.
The staff were reassuring and supportive. Thank you.

My child was coughing since his last vaccination in October every night and had to go to A&E as his temperature went high along with cough
We pretty much went at 3am and returned at 8 am and he was looked after well. But was left with no understanding on the root cause and no next steps.
Suggested improvements
Improvement in duration to see each patient required . Assuming it’s more linked to resource availablity during night shifts
And really not happy with the treatment as we were unsure what is the root cause and next steps
So diagnosis needs improving

I attended the minor injuries unit, fractured fibula.
Was triaged quickly and then X-ray followed and quickly assessed for a boot! All in all home to home 2 hours, cannot complain about that, fast, efficient service. Thank you very much.
