My child was coughing since his last vaccination in October every night and had to go to A&E as his temperature went high along with cough We pretty much went at 3am and returned at 8 am and he was looked after well. But was left with no understanding on the root cause and no next steps.

Improvement in duration to see each patient required . Assuming it’s more linked to resource availablity during night shifts And really not happy with the treatment as we were unsure what is the root cause and next steps So diagnosis needs improving
