Everyone was so kind, patient and friendly. I was really well informed of what was going on and felt really at ease, such lovely smiley faces on all staff. :)

Because I arrived 24 hours earlier a very poorly man and I am leaving 24 hours later a very fixed { } the care I have received has been nothing short o outstanding!

Staff were extremely friendly putting me at ease throughout- I was updated on what to expect in simplistic terms and made it is whole experience easy to work the night.
