This ward was brilliant, my neighbour was admitted to b12 at the beginning of April and then 2 weeks later to b14. Both wards were consistently very good. I will say however there is a lack of communication between the OT and senior consultants with family the family of my neighbour. Given that we as friends and family are the ones who will look out for the patient on discharge it seems pointless not involving us. I now spend my time on the telephone trying to find out information.
