My Dad's experience of your service has been very good overall. When Dad has felt up to it, the physio sessions have been great. They are really encouraging to Dad. It's a shame there's no physio at weekends!
Staff have been really kind and helpful. It is a very peaceful ward.
An explanation of next steps would be good but I guess it's too early to make decisions as Dad's progress has been slow.
I am finding my therapy sessions good. Staff are always available to help me with the toilet, with sorting out my bed and with other necessary things.
10/10
Food: staff helpful and kindness
environment: peaceful, Quiet nights generally.
Ward: Companionship.
This is a lovely community hospital. Staff are so helpful; nothing is too much trouble. I hope to come back to St Leonards Ward for Physio after by operation at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading.
I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the hospital. Staff are very helpful. You can't improve your service: I have given you 100%.
The hospital is very good. Staff are very friendly. I have enjoyed being looked after. It is hard to say how the care and service I have received could have been improved.
I found the therapy sessions difficult to do.
I have found my therapy sessions useful. They are encouraging. I hope the therapy sessions will make me stronger. I am a little hard of hearing so I don't catch everything the therapists say.
I have felt very well looked after, both medically and personally.
I am not used to the early mealtimes as I tend to have lunch and supper later at home.
My therapy sessions are hard work, but they have to be done. My experience of the overall service is good.
Everything is very very good. Very good attention has been paid to my needs. I think people could respond to me more quickly between 6 am and breakfast at 9 am, if only to ask me if I would like a hot drink.
