Food: staff helpful and kindness
environment: peaceful, Quiet nights generally.
Ward: Companionship.
Suggested improvements
More consistency with regard to timings of meals and physio treatment timings.
Worried sometimes that if staff are called away they may not return, long wait when finished in the bathroom.
Promises broken, promised could have a shower the next day and it didn't happen.
I feel staff are pulled in to many directions and hurried on to the next thing before finishing what they were doing.
