The Veincentre, anyone considering varicose vein or spider vein treatment contact this company, I have completed my course of treatment with Doctor Devaraj Srinivasamurthy and his team of nurses, they are magnificent, all treatments are explained thoroughly, the treatment itself was carried out with the utmost of care.Also the administration staff are excellent. 1. The location is convenient and easy to find using the directions given. (Whilst not essential - it may be helpful to include a simple map of the location and its approaches.) 2. All the information supplied both initially and during the treatment process was excellent and easy to understand. 3. All the Staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. 4. At all stages I was made fully aware of what, when & how treatment would be provided. I was always asked if I had questions and time was made to deal with any issues I had. At no time did I feel rushed. 5. I short - Well Done.

I’ve suffered many years with painful, ugly varicose veins and thought I’d be stuck with them for life until now. I’ve had three sclerotherapy treatments at the Veincentre in Stoke on Trent. I can honestly say I can see a huge difference in my legs and the treatment isn’t over yet. To say I’m happy is an understatement! I know some time soon I’ll be able to wear what I want instead of choosing things to hide my ugly legs. If you are in the process of deciding to go ahead with treatment then I highly recommend you use the Veincentre! From the initial consultation I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure that I am having was explained in full and any worries I had were addressed. I must also add that Dr Wells, the nurses and the receptionist have been amazing through out. It’s such a friendly place. Thank you Veincentre, you really don’t know how happy you’ve made me

The care and medical procedures offered by Dr Ananth Krishnan and his team at Veincentre were exceptional. I had absolute confidence in the team and I can honestly say it was a pleasure attending the clinic and having the various treatments which has now sorted out my initial issue. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has issues with their veins.

I am so pleased that I chose to have my leg veins treated now that summer is here and I can feel confident to wear dresses and skirts again. Dr Ananth Krishnan and Nurse Practitioner Helen Burndred were very friendly and explained everything very clearly to me at each appointment. The procedures were all carried out in a professional manner by the team assisted by Dr Nirmal Kakari. On reflection now that my treatment is completed it is good to say that not only were they extremely helpful, but more importantly kind and understanding. It’s wonderful to find a team that combines such a personal touch while caring for you the patient with an outstanding quality of medical care. If you should need this treatment, I highly recommend becoming their patient!

I cannot recommend Veincentre at Stoke highly enough. They strike the balance between professionalism and personal service perfectly. There is plenty of information on the website but they are happy to go through everything in detail. The procedure was relatively painless and after 40 years of varicose veins developing they have virtually disappeared. Brilliant service and excellent outcome. Thank you.

I feel like I made a good decision to get my varicose veins removed at Veincentre Stoke. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, but also the prices represent excellent value for money compared with many other private clinics. The vascular surgeon, Mr. Srinivasamurthy was very skilled and listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I am very happy with the results I got, not only in terms of an improved cosmetic result but also the alleviation of symptoms such as aching and tired legs. I think the company was very open and honest about costs throughout my experience there. The only thing I would have done differently is that I would have had EVLA and Avulsions done on two different dates. I would advise anyone who is thinking of having Avulsions in addition to EVLA to have the procedures done on a separate dates because there is a limit to the amount of local anaesthetic that can be used and I did experience some pain as the quota was getting low. I think this could perhaps have been reiterated by the professionals at consultation, but in fairness, it is mentioned in the information on the website so be sure to read the information carefully about your chosen procedure as is very easy to not take everything in as there is a lot of information to read, so be absolutely clear about everything yourself before your procedures and not to rely too much on being told as these things can be overlooked. All in all I am very happy with my experience at this time and I am looking forward to not feeling self as conscious about how my legs look in summer, so thank you Veincentre.
