1. The location is convenient and easy to find using the directions given.
(Whilst not essential - it may be helpful to include a simple map of the location and
its approaches.)
2. All the information supplied both initially and during the treatment process was excellent and easy to understand.
3. All the Staff were pleasant, helpful and professional.
4. At all stages I was made fully aware of what, when & how treatment would be provided. I was always asked if I had questions and time was made to deal with any issues I had. At no time did I feel rushed.
5. I short - Well Done.
