I have found that the knowledge and accessibility of the very professional staff at the hospital is 2nd to none and has always been so since I was diagnosed with HIV in 2015. In particular, I want to thank most recently Pharmacist, [name removed], for going the extra mile to Find my medication at short notice when I had run short

Going forward, I hope that there is greater communication between the GP surgery and Upton hospital as well as Frimley health. I find each of them communicates to me but I wish there was an overall online website or app where the medications and diagnosis of the one is mutually shared with the others, because it always seems to be Exclusive. My NHS record makes no mention at all of my HIV. The Frimley health app only deals with Dermatologist GS serious and treatment and the Upton clinic to do with sexual health. I know that there are issues of confidentiality, but even in a general way, it would be great if all of these different arms of the same service could give a more comprehensive view to help better advise the doctors interested to our care .

I had no follow up after my stay in hospital so I had to go to the surgery doctor they told me that I was going to be referred to have an ultrasound, which I have been waiting for ages, until I had a letter to attend Upton Park hospital which I did this lovely nurse saw and she was very helpful I ask her why I has taken so long so i can have to ultrasound, she told me that my files got lost and that's why I had the appointment in Upton Park this week , so I am still waiting to have an ultrasound to see if the fluid has come back around my heart and lungs I am very worried about this in case it has , Mr [name removed]
