Really friendly and helpful staff easy to talk to and made you feel relaxed.

The previous patient’s appointment overran so my appointment was 25 mins late starting. We had to do it over the telephone as the video link wouldn’t work. However despite this I was satisfied with the information I was given.
Appointment starting on time if possible, though I understand why it was delayed.
The lovely receptionist at King Edward VII hospital Windsor was an absolute joy. He welcomed everyone who came in with a smile and eagerness to help. His patience and attention to one overbearing, loud and patronising staff member was exemplary. Best example of customer service I’ve witnessed and a great asset to your trust. I complimented him and his modest response was just thank you “I love people, I love my job” just wish I’d asked his name.

Cleanliness of toilet
My physiotherapist was understanding and listened.
For piece of mind I would have liked an cray done just to confirm diagnosis was correct as I have had no improvement in 3 months.
