I had no follow up after my stay in hospital so I had to go to the surgery doctor they told me that I was going to be referred to have an ultrasound, which I have been waiting for ages, until I had a letter to attend Upton Park hospital which I did this lovely nurse saw and she was very helpful I ask her why I has taken so long so i can have to ultrasound, she told me that my files got lost and that's why I had the appointment in Upton Park this week , so I am still waiting to have an ultrasound to see if the fluid has come back around my heart and lungs I am very worried about this in case it has , Mr [name removed]
