The clinic is excellent and I received excellent care. The admin staff were efficient and welcoming to me even thought I was really nervous. The nurse [name removed] what fitted my coil was really friendly and told me what was happening in a calm way. The assistant [name removed] was very calming and supported me when I was in pain. She was very soothing. The nurse took my blood on the first try and explained everything to me. They both checked I was feeling better before I left. Both checked I was okay and happy to continue with the coil when I was in pain. I would recommend the clinic to everyone.

I’m so disappointed because last Friday I went to Upton hospital and the caretaker told me that there are no classes on. People were coming and going back because no teacher was there. I went again and I was told that the area was moved. I’m an old lady and it is difficult for me to climb stairs but I went twice for the session, which was not even running.
