The staff were professional in everything they did. Teamwork was evident in having a speedy recovery target and release for each patient. Although busy staff always had time to engage in a cheerful manner. Communication was outstanding with everything explained and realistic achievement goals set. The release arrangements were dealt with in a seemless manner. The catering was also of a high quality, especially the pastry dishes, with lots of variety.
Although housed in old premises Jubilee Ward is a treasure and I hope it's worth and value to the community is appreciated. Bravo to all the team who make it such a success!

My experience from my first VISIT with the doctors and the rest of the team was just fantastic. Even when I needed them outside their service zone they were always available. In overall, they brought back my confidence. Thank you all.

In my own opinion it is sometimes difficult to get someone on phone, but this is not really an issue.
