Friendly, professional staff. Clean, orderly facility.

The booking system itself is not user friendly. Finding where and how to book an appointment for the service I received (IUD coil removal) would be very difficult to navigate for someone who does not speak English as a first language, or someone with learning difficulties.

[name removed] was fabulous and talked me through everything I needed to know, answering all my questions.
The implant removal was done professionally and I am healing well.
Suggested improvements
I had tried on several occasions to call reception to book the appointment. Being in full time employment, I struggled to call during to short window that the team is available throughout the day. Setting up an Online account took some unexpected time but we got there in the end.

ARC gives quick access to professionals so problems/queries solved very quickly unlike waiting 3 weeks for GP apptmt.

Update videos to reflect that patients cannot keep GP informed of falls etc as surgeries do not want to hear as they say only recorded via GP apptmt (usually waiting about three weeks when there could be marked deterioration whereas earlier intervention may have resulted in better outcome).
