[name removed] was fabulous and talked me through everything I needed to know, answering all my questions.
The implant removal was done professionally and I am healing well.
Suggested improvements
I had tried on several occasions to call reception to book the appointment. Being in full time employment, I struggled to call during to short window that the team is available throughout the day. Setting up an Online account took some unexpected time but we got there in the end.
