It all depends on who you get at this hospital, most nurses here cannot be bothered and most of the work is left to junior doctor's. Sad but true.

The nurses were very friendly.
Parking was a slight problem, but shouldn't be an issue if you're being dropped off

UCLH is a very large and busy teaching hospital but then nonetheless run a pretty efficient system. The place is always clean and I have generally been very well treated at UCLH, although there always seems to be some hiccough around discharge issues and there is ALWAYS a wait for pharmacy, it seems. But given the choice, I would pick UCLH over any other London hospital I am familiar with.

Fantastic hospital, all the staff are helpful and considerate to your needs. They take time to listen and make you feel totally at ease.
