The counselling took place over the phone due to the covid pandemic. I am not a natural on the telephone os obviously I would have preferred face to face consultations. I understand that it is not possible at present. I will probably pay to have some 1 to 1.
Suggested improvements
Consultations if we can do sometime in the future.

Tracey and Jackie have been amazing getting me sorted with sleeves, Tracey was so lovely at my first app especially when I burst into tears for no reason what so ever! It was harder with the covid restrictions for the team I am sure, but they are doing an amazing job, they are all brilliant.
Suggested improvements
My treatment has been faultless, they could not have done any better, they have also stayed in touch all the way through which is lovely and very reassuring such a wonderful team.

Unfortunately due to covid, my counselling had to be done on the phone with wetta instead of face to face. I feel that it was still very beneficial in helping me travel through my grief and wetta was kind enough to give me some extra sessions which I felt were needed and very much appreciated. I want to thank everyone who has helped me through this difficult time.
