Review of Hospice at Home written by a family member
2nd December 2020

I hope this is OK to post on here as I am the wife of a patient. The care at home team where nothing short of brilliant. They became closely involved with us during the last two weeks of his life. The team was so helpful and caring, nothing was too much bother and we were both treated with love and dignity. His wish was to die at home which he did. Without the care at home team it would not have been possible. He was able to die peacefully and calmly, without any stress. I will always be thankful for this as at a terrible time, it brings me peace and reassurance that everyone did their best for him. Thank you

Suggested improvements
Nothing. If I could give 20 out of 10 I would give it!
