Many good things. The nurses the 'teenage' ward, the entertainment offered, the facilities, parents kitchen. Relaxed and visiting, relatives' bed.
Roof Terrace: Laundry room.
Improvement. The electronic pass doesn't always work and not enough especially to main door at w/es. The cleaners, dusting of bed area. Information which first arrived and places to stay etc.

Parking was easy. Hospital was warm and comfortable. All tests done quite fast. All the staff in this dept are extremely prof and kind. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for in a hospital before. Thank you so much.

I believe it to be a misunderstanding that the appt was 1.30 pm in fact three people were being seen and the pt was attended to at 4.45 pm. Not a problem if it was explained!! To the patient.
