Many good things. The nurses the 'teenage' ward, the entertainment offered, the facilities, parents kitchen. Relaxed and visiting, relatives' bed.
Roof Terrace: Laundry room.
Improvement. The electronic pass doesn't always work and not enough especially to main door at w/es. The cleaners, dusting of bed area. Information which first arrived and places to stay etc.
