From the time of admission to my departure following my Operation I could not fault the way I was looked after. Everyone was very friendly and professional in their dealings with me.

Manor Hospital is just amazing. It’s like visiting an old country house. The staff are welcoming, caring and efficient.
The only criticism I have , is that there’s simply not enough chairs to sit whilst waiting to be seen.
Other than that , everything was perfect.

I had a knee replacement at The Manor Hospital last week and I was really impressed by their exceptional care. Everyone from the Doctors, Nurses, ward staff, outpatients, theatre staff and physio team were professional, kind, attentive and competent. They even rang me up today to make sure I was recovering well at home. I felt completely reassured as soon as I arrived at the hospital, my room was clean and hygiene measures made me feel completely safe with regard to the Covid situation. I have come away having had a very positive experience in what was a very frightening prospect.
I shall not be worried when I go back for my other leg at some point in the future.

Everyone at BMI Biddenham Hospital have been thoroughly professional and caring. I can’t praise them enough. The whole experience of having my total knee replacement has been brilliant, and was an lot better than I’d expected.

I attended my first physiotherapy appointment at The Manor Hospital. On arrival I was warmly greeted by two receptionists Sarah Jane and Eileen.
I saw the Outpatient nurses for my wound review who were very professional.
I received my first physio treatment by Dan who was absolutely excellent. I came aware fully understanding what I needed to do in order to achieve best outcome following my knee op. I was treated with respect and dignity all the way through my physio consultation.
I would highly recommend The Manor Hospital 100% to family and friends.
