I had a knee replacement at The Manor Hospital last week and I was really impressed by their exceptional care. Everyone from the Doctors, Nurses, ward staff, outpatients, theatre staff and physio team were professional, kind, attentive and competent. They even rang me up today to make sure I was recovering well at home. I felt completely reassured as soon as I arrived at the hospital, my room was clean and hygiene measures made me feel completely safe with regard to the Covid situation. I have come away having had a very positive experience in what was a very frightening prospect.
I shall not be worried when I go back for my other leg at some point in the future.
