On the day of my operation the receptionist was efficient and polite. The nurses reassuring, Mr Robertson explained the procedure, and Mr Elton very reassuring especially as I find needles difficult. The theatre porter, Wayne cheerful and kind.

I have never experienced such amazing care. The ward staff are all incredible - friendly, warm, caring and so knowledgable. Food is amazing aswell. I would happily stay here for another few days

This was my second procedure performed at this hospital, and found both times to be treated as a person by caring staff not just an inconvenience, that I have found in other hospitals. The rooms are excellent with private on suite facilities and no issue was too great for the staff both nursing and administrative. Would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I cannot think of anything I could suggest which would have made my experience any better than it was...the only very minor point was a little confusion about when I was to be discharged.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at the Nuffield for their part in making my procedure as good as it could be!
