The hospital was a very clean and calm environment for anyone having surgery or treatment. The hospital was spotless and the staff/team were helpful, caring and professional throughout.

I have had a few operations at this hospital and have always found it absolutely wonderful. Not only clean and spotless but soooooooooooo friendly. The staff our a credit to the hospital.

This hospital obviously promotes a culture of professional yet friendly relationships between all staff members and patients. This relaxes patients and is conducive to making anyone's stay in hospital as pleasant an experience as it can possibly be. First rate, thank you!

All the care I received by all the staff was second to none. I have never been in hospital for any treatment so was apprehensive, however the staff put me at my ease and everyone was most helpful and friendly, both the nursing staff and the ladies making the tea.

excellent, people could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble and the nursing staff, hotel staff and reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

I found my experience at this hospital a positive one. The atmosphere was relaxing whilst still maintaing professionalism from staff. My surroundings were clean and i was given privacy and my specific needs were completely met. I would like to express thanks to my pre-op nurse and staff nurses on duty during my stay. I was given polite, caring and respectful support and feel this caring approach is what puts this hospital above my other experiences.
