Love this hospital all staff are so efficient and friendly and love the tea and hot chocolate in outpatients! although do not always get time to drink it as very rarely have to wait long to be seen. Excellent

From the moment I arrived for my procedure to the time I left I was looked after. Mr Dawlatly put me at ease from the beginning and I didn’t feel nervous at all. The hospital was spotlessly clean and a credit to all involved. I would not hesitate to recommend the hospital it’s staff and Mr Dawlatly

I had been referred by the NHS for Acute Pain in shoulder Joints and My hands. The Staff treated me just the same as if I had paid. They were all helpful and encouraging
talking items through so I knew what was happening with each procedure. They were also very caring. You could help yourself to Coffee etc whenever you wanted. The care was outstanding.

Where do I start.I was really apprehensive about having a hip replacement operation partly because I was only 55 years old.I had put it off for about 6 years and had done a lot of damage.I was going to be under Mr James Wong from the very first consultation I knew he was going be a fantastic surgeon and he was.i can not thank him Enough it’s like a miracle being able to walk again.My whole experience with the Holly has been amazing I’m trying to think of anything negative to say and I can’t even the coffee is nice.I had to stay in the Holly for about 4 nights after my operation private room wonderful nurses and staff food great.After such a big operation they took great care of me so it’s a real big thank you to the Holly and Mr James Wong take a bow # changed my life.

When I entered the building every member of staff were helpful in giving me directions and helping me register my car number. Comfortable chairs and coffee was available.
My appointment was on time.
I cannot fault the surgery team. I felt comfortable and reassured at all times. And Dr Wisam Al-Haklin was marvellous in explaining in detail what the problem was with my hand, and what exercises I would need to perform after surgery to get my mobility back. The operation was successful. And I am grateful I went to Holly House, and if I ever need more treatment I would happily return.
