great hospital. Only problem is they need more parking spaces. Finding a parking slot is very hard

Not related to care provided by Dr Hakim but Holly House Hospital have recently introduced changes in patient admin systems without considering the negative consequences for patients. The GP Suite is an example. Previously it was possible to telephone the Suite directly if a GP requested a patient to do so. Now all contact to the Suite is routed through General Appointments and staff there are instructed not to connect to the Suite. The GP was unaware of the change. Another example is now obtaining blood test results which the GP had left for me to collect. Because they were not in a sealed envelope addressed to me by the GP the staff refused to hand them over until the GP had been contacted at home and had sent a covering email to confirm that I should be handed them. Previously the GP's instructions were sufficient.

A great service has always been received at this hospital and I cannot see where they could possibly improve. The hospital Staff from the consierge, doormen, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, receptionists, secretaries and medical staff all very professional and a calm organised atmosphere. The restaurant extremely affordable and great food and choice. No one wants to go to Hospital, however, the experience at St John & St Elizabeth makes the whole experience a pleasurable one. Our Consultant Dr Hakim a fantastic man and Dr, like all the staff polite, professional courteous and a great hospital that I would recommend to anyone.

I was left with a very negative experience from Holly House after my recent gallbladder surgery. Electrical faults in the room, nurses and staff were really rude and intimidating. I asked for a drink I was told to wait for my dinner which was in two hours time! Go NHS and don't waste your money!
