The reception staff given very poor service they hang the phone to patients her name Sharon Atkinson The description to patients they way she wish by saying you RUDE and hang the phone do not go to them their no customer service this person Sharon are bad and not treat the patients with respect special who not speaks well English
Service quality certainly not worth the money. I went there for a diagnosis hoping to continue with treatment, but never returned. Preferred NHS instead. Service quality is similar but costs a fortune.
I was not listened to and my problem was not solved even though I spent a fortune on different "tests". Does "digital trauma" mean I pick my nose? How rude. I also had to go back to their clinic the next day even though I was unwell because the administration office did not process my charges properly
This was the first time I attended Harley Street ENT Clinic. Mr Fairley was recommended by BUPA and I was pleased with their choice. The Harley St. ENT Clinic was clean and very efficient.
Being a private clinic you would have expected a good service, but not once have I been offered a coffee whilst waiting. The Specialists Sound booth did not work so it was held with the door open and myself having to raise my hand when I heard the tones. The efficiency of getting a Hearing aid is a laugh.....I get different stories every day on where it is...and continuos days of delays .....At the price they charge you would have thought they would use couriers with tracking. My advice is go to one of the High Street retailers, far more courteous and know deliver to promises
