The team assisting Mr Chester were kind, understanding and thoughtful and the whole process went smoothly in a very relaxing and friendly environment.

Following surgery in April 2016 I had to have a two night stay at BMI Droitwich. The staff were wonderful, the hospital itself was immaculately clean and comfortable and nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommended

The only negative experience I had was by 2 of the nurses at the hospital after my operation, I really wish I took there names but didn't unfortunately, found they didn't have a caring nature about them and it was to much trouble to help me. The other nurses where so kind but I was suprised when paying private I didn't receive fantastic aftercare in hospital, I know that both nurses where wearing blue so I think they where senior. It's a shame as mr Chester was wonderful but they did let the experience I had down. Reception staff are really friendly, professional and helpful.
